I understand that being a mother can feel overwhelming at times.

This is why I bring my experience as a mom of two kids and as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) to help you build strength, resilience, and sustainable health behaviors. Here’s a peek of what the process looks like:

  1. 20-minute get-to-know-you call.

  2. Initial session to explore your current health, and your vision for optimal health.

  3. Set meaningful behavioral goals and develop a plan for sustainable change.

  4. Three to six months of coaching, tailored to your specific needs and desires, to help move you closer to your goals. 

  5. I’ll follow up with ongoing support between sessions.

  6. When you feel like you’ve gained the knowledge and skills you need to move forward on your own, we’ll discuss your progress, what you’ve learned, and develop a maintenance plan to help you keep progressing.
